BidForMySpot connects drivers leaving legally used spaces with drivers searching nearby. The platform does not sell, rent, own, or guarantee a parking space.

2. Eligibility and accounts
Users must be permitted to drive, provide accurate details, and secure their accounts. Impersonating another driver or vehicle is prohibited.
3. Bids and test credits
An accepted maximum bid may use test credits during the beta. These credits have no cash value and are not a driver reward.
4. Safe handoff
Handoffs must not obstruct traffic. Drivers follow signs, avoid unsafe phone use, and never hold a space contrary to local rules.
5. Cancellations and disputes
Late arrival, a missing spot, a wrong location, or a no-show may lead to cancellation or review. Repeated abuse may restrict an account.
6. Separate parking charges
Municipal, private, and hourly parking charges are separate from a BidForMySpot bid and remain the arriving driver’s responsibility.
