Early access
When you join the pilot list, we store your language, region, time zone, role, app version, age confirmation, and invitation consent. We do not require a neighborhood.
Approximate area
If you allow coarse foreground location during onboarding, we store only a rounded area to understand pilot demand. You can skip this permission and still join.
Precise location
With explicit permission, the app uses precise location for an active offer, searching, handoff safety checks, and ETA. We do not share live movement with other drivers.
What is visible before a bid
Only invited, signed-in Android searchers see the exact static pin of an open spot before bidding. The public website and Admin map remain approximate-only. Name, vehicle, and registration details are not shown before acceptance.
Bids and test credits
For the beta, we retain bids, confirmations, and handoff history. Test credits have no cash value, and we do not collect card details.
Sharing after a match
Only after acceptance do matched participants see the vehicle and exact handoff pin. We do not show either participant the other driver's live movement.
Control and retention
Account deletion removes the profile, devices, wallet summary, and waitlist application. Active precise location samples are deleted on completion, cancellation, blocking, or expiry; location submitted with a report is retained for up to 30 days for review. Open offers are retained for up to 24 hours after expiry; matches and their test-credit records up to 30 days, promotional records up to 365 days, and audit records up to 730 days.
